The work undertaken by croft was done to our usual high standard. The product used was at fault on this occasion. The guarantee held by the homeowner was for product only and Croft honoured the guarantee by supplying all the materials required.
We also undertook the job of replacing wall ties for this customer. We offer many types of guarantees and always recommend a full Insurance Backed Guarantee. The previous homeowner who instructed us to do the works only required a Product Only Guarantee which was upheld by Croft for the new homeowner.
