My thoughts on Croft Financial Services Ltd.

I came into contact with Croft Financial Services Ltd. firstly through my husband’s investments,and then my own investments,many years ago when I was still working.
When my husband died Croft Financial Services Ltd.,and in particular Mr Robert Wilson, were very efficient in transferring our joint accounts into my name and in sorting out those held solely in my husband’s name. They always acted in a very professional and caring manner at a time which was very difficult for me.
Since then they have worked hard to simplify my portfolio and suggest more successful alternatives for some of my investments.
I have always enjoyed excellent service, both over the phone and in personal meetings.
I have previously recommended Croft Financial Services Ltd.to a friend and I would not hesitate to do so again.
In all my dealings with Croft Financial Services Ltd. I have found them to be very well informed and I am grateful to have been able to benefit from their knowledge and expertise.

We have been customers of Croft Financial Services for more than 20 years and have had excellent service and advice covering a range of financial transactions. This has included the recommendation of life assurance products which have provided peace of mind against loss of earnings in the event of sickness and/or redundancy to how to best consolidate pensions from previous employers. As we are now at a stage where we want to access these pensions we have had advice which has been clear and easy to understand about accessing them in a way that has been right for our particular circumstances. All these transactions have been done in a professional, prompt and friendly way. We have felt totally at ease and have always been aware of the cost of any charges that were payable. A friend mentioned there was a financial advisor local to me, so I phoned up and arranged a meeting. Within days I met Robert Wilson. I received excellent advice on my financial situation and my options.
So from getting in contact with Robert Wilson, everything was resolved within a matter of weeks. I would highly recommend Croft Financial Services, especially Robert for his friendly service and excellent manner.

Excellent and Honest Financial Advice

I was just introduced to Croft Financial Services over 10 years ago and following an introductory meeting I decided to move all my pensions and investments to their management. Regular communication and frequent face to face meetings to determine my own views on risk etc. enabled them to draw up a suitable personal pension plan. The advice given over the years resulted in a return on investment which was way above the industry growth numbers and my fund reached a level to allow me to retire 5 years early. Great advice and personal service and I would recommend Croft FS without hesitation.
