Muppet alert ! They supplied a COBRA electric mower 2 years ago, and one of the bolts has failed. Was told that the mower had been discontinued ?
Told them to check again, and it wasn't discontinued. They then Ordered the bolts, and I told them to email me an Invoice, and get it in the post to me.
I then had a phone call from the guy who took the Order, to say the bolts were ready for collection ? He didn't remember the previous agreement, and I had to give him my details all over again. Having paid over the phone, I asked if they could go in the post that day. He declined that, and said they may go out the following day. I said, they should definitely go out the following day. Nothing received after 5 days, so I chased them up, and was told anything larger than a letter is sent by Courier - News to me !
It finally showed up via EVRI some 8 days later, posted through the letter box as a 8.5 x 5.5 x 0.1" envelope which could have been posted deeeeeeeergh !

Slow and quite expensive

Offered a £170 service deal for ride on mowers, sounded good but then bill was 300 which didn't even include new fuel filter or airfilter. Took about 5 weeks. Would have been cheaper to take it to a BMW garage!

Very Poor Waiting Time - Can't Give a Date for Work to be Completed

Very unimpressed. Have been waiting over 2 weeks (and still waiting!) for them to sharpen a long arm pruner blade. Can't even give a date when it will be done.

Tractor mower service

I have used this company over may years and found that the quality of their work is good and the prices reasonable. Tractor mower is collected and returned to my house.
My big problem with the company is the time scale required. Clearly they have plenty of work because it's difficult to obtain a date from them and they seem to take ages to do the work unless it is simple. It would help if we had some competition close by to wake them up!
