Horrible taxi company cresta taxi mold and Buckley and chester

You need to stop supporting this company has the drivers ... Are not nice to customers .... I have a video . The police had to bring me home has the driver kicked me out in the middle of no wear . Made me feel horrible has a women on my own and the male being a lot bigger made me scared

Awful experience

So last night I rang cresta to book a taxi, We was told that it was busy and it would be around half hour wait. Me and my friend excepted this and waited, it went past half hour so I tried to ring but couldn’t get through as my number was connected to the booking! Ridiculous set up. So called off my friends phone to be told they must of accidentally pressed a buttons and booked it in at 2.20am! But they would send me a taxi straight away. Another half hour had gone by. Town was empty me and my friend left standing in the cold and rain! So rang again to be told they are sorry they are busy and will be with us as soon as possible! 1hour30mins later a taxi turns up, no apology from the driver and an attitude that couldn’t care less that me and my friend had waited all that time after originally being told half hour!

Terrible

First taxi did not show up. When I rang again after eating for half and hour, they said they’d send another as they went to the wrong place. However, once the other taxi arrived I got into the taxi and he immediately told me to get out as he was apparently waiting nearly 10 minutes. This is false as I was looking out for the taxi frequently and he was waiting no longer than 2 minutes. I apologised for the inconvenience of him having to wait but he was extremely rude and refused to take me and said I’d have to ring again. I was then left standing in the rain at 11:00pm for a further 20 minutes in a car park. The first taxi I rang was at 10:00pm, what was meant to be a 15 minute drive took me way over an hour.However the third driver was polite and friendly.

Amazing service always!

Me and my partner have used Cresta Cars multiple times for various different journeys and they never fail to provide an amazing service. From the receptionists who are unbelievably polite to the drivers who's cars are always remarkably clean and tidy. Will always recommend to anyone and definitely wont use anybody else!
