Cresta Coaches

I tried 4 coach companies local - ish to me and Cresta gave me the cheapest quote.
The trip was touch and go due to the snow but Emma in the office was fantastic, ensuring all was done to get us to our destination. I even spoke to the operations manager Rhys on the occasion that Emma wasn't in work. I must say his service was also outstanding.
Anyway, Frank our driver turned up 15 minutes before time but was more than happy to wait.
30 of us on the coach and Frank even joined in the banter even though he insisted he would not be singing.
I honestly can not fault the service we all got from all the fore mentioned staff.
Against the odds we got there and back and they really did help make the transition as smooth as possible by ringing my personal number and giving me constant weather and flight updates.
Massive thanks to Emma, Rhys and Frank and a great thumbs up to Cresta for employing such helpful staff.
30 respectful but rowdy lads on a Stag Do take our hats off to you.

We have just completed a New Year Trip travelling with Cresta Coaches.You couldn't wish for a better more helpful and considerate driver. Always cheerful and willing to go the extra mile for all passengers.
We were collected as arranged on time and always dropped off at the most convenient points for passengers, some in the older age group received a lot of help with luggage and shopping bags etc.

We witnessed a tremendous sustained effort on the drivers part, and we can't thank you enough Nigel for the safe return of our lost luggage.

We took a group of 46 children to London what an amazing, helpful and knowledgeable driver we had. Mike thank you so much for all your help and patience.

I personally would not recommend anybody to use this company. Written quotations are not honoured. I have taken a week to decide to write this reveiw, as I really do not like slating a company but I feel that if you are thinking of using this company please be aware. I would have preferred to have awarded no stars
