Ordered taxi to go to work ( carer ) as soon as i went outside to the gate the taxi driver decided to drive off, phoned office saying the driver was there waiting for 5 minutes. Would not use the taxi service again

I was followed by a black Vauxhall taxi number 361 from wrexham up until I got to caergwrle. I spent the whole time watching him as he was so far up my a*** that if I breaked suddenly my car would be a right off with the speeds he was going and with how close he was the whole way! Bad driver and shouldn’t be working for your company with the speeds and recklessness

Fantastic service with very reasonable prices! pre booked a taxi for saturday evening to collect from white horse in cilcain on saturday night for 9.30 ! had a text message to inform me taxi on way 10 min before! Taxi Bang on time Very friendly driver smooth drive home Excellent service allround from booking to getting us home safe ! Thank you!

I asked for a taxi down the road, which yes is lazy but I was willing to pay good money for it, i had just been for a meal and everyone knows what you’re like after a meal, but either way I asked for a taxi and the lady put the phone down on me, which was rude considering I was willing to pay decent money, it was not acceptable

Vile, waited in the snow for 20-30 minuets, when the taxi cane got the address wrong and left us, the came back and was completely vile towards me, started doing a ridicules speed in the show and could not drive on the correct side of the road!!! WILL NOT USE AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMEND
