I've used Freedom Housekeeping for over 10 years for our weekly clean. I've never had any problems. Over that length of time inevitably there might sometimes be some trainees who don't achieve the same high standard as the regular staff but if I mention it, they send a team round and re-clean.
I find them all to be very friendly, personable and above all trustworthy.
I'm very satisfied and I would recommend them to anybody.

I would award this cleaning company 'minus' points if I could. They provided a terrible service, with the cleans getting progressively worse. The only times a job was done thoroughly was when the supervisor was present. They were disrespectful in wearing shoes in my home even though I don't and they were aware I did not wish them to. When questioned about it they denied doing so. Other than myself no-one had been in the house apart from them! They caused damage to two areas in my home (fixed surfaces) and denied this too. I ended the contract with them and would never employ them. Be warned by my appalling experience with them. The concept of taking responsibility is completely lost on them. They neglected basics like vacuuming under beds, in gaps in the bathroom etc.
