Rogue trader, not to be trusted at any cost

Warren Roache,
I paid you to install a Hive thermostat, that not only did you install and broke it, you also wired up my boiler wrong which has led to me not being able to use it as I did before. The timer does not work anymore; I have to get up early to turn my boiler on manually, which is costing me a great deal more than before, go back to bed and wait for my house to heat up.
You also laid some cement (sand) in my shed which to this day has not set but is a square of wet sand.

Swann CCTV installation

My CCTV was incorrectly installed. Creative London came and sorted the sittuation and rectified the errors from a previous installation. They were very profesional and tidy. My CCTV was swiftly installed and half the price of another local firm. Win win sittuation, I would defiently recommend this company for any electrical services.

Reliable hard working and good at communications is our Warren

Satisfied and pleased with Warren’s electric work at our houses He knows the job he is undertaking and finds a solution that works perfectly
He is a skilled electrician and does not beat about the bush
Also he is pleasant jolly fellow satisfied with cups of tea I offer him 😀
He is really good at communication and responds to a message promptly which I believe is a positive point
He tries hard to compete work he has undertaken but in case of unforeseen complication, he does come the next day to complete it
I would say we have a positive attitude towards work undertaken by him

Great company and team to have do your work

Great company very trusted and high standard of work they was working on a big job round the corner and in there spare time they got one of the team to pop round my house to wire some plug socket and bits so no job too big or small for this great company highly recommend
