Creamline Dairies is a family owned business which for over 70 years has been supplying the dairy needs of people in Manchester and the North West of England. We process the freshest and best quality milk from our farmers in Lancashire, Cheshire, Cumbria and Merseyside in our modern processing plant in Eccles.

We also deliver free, fresh fruit and vegetables from Smithfield Market via our online order service. We bring the goods on our own milk rounds direct to homes, shops, restaurants, schools and hospitals and also by our network of affiliated independent milk round operators in the North West. We would be delighted to serve you with your daily dairy, fruit, veg and grocery needs.

An essential brilliant service, THANK YOU

Great service, smashing milkman for over 10 years. If I want to change anything, ie increase/ decrease/ our order or suspend it whilst on holiday,
I just leave a note in my empties, or speak to him when he comes for payment., ( the old fashioned way !! ) and he actions it straight away.
I wouldnt be without him for sure.
Keep up the great work and stay well and safe throughout this very challenging time xxx

Good products and great service

I am not a negative person yes there have been some hiccups along the way but that's life. I have the upmost respect for the delivery guys and I have made phone calls and been dealt with very kindly I find it easier to order and pay online ,keep up the good work and you cannot please every body in this life now can you 😀😀😁😁

Lack of communication between office and milkman

Not impressed I informed Creamline Dairies by telephone cancelling my milk for 2 weeks as I was going on holiday. I have just seen my delivery man who asked "have I been away" as my milk was still on the doorstep when he delivered on the 2nd day of my holiday. He noticed my car was not in the carport and sensibly decided not to deliver until my car was back under the carport. Why was he not informed?

BOTTLE DESIGN

Overall very pleased. Especially with our regular delivery man, Lee.
On the down side, the filling of the milk bottles is always haphazard! Try taking the tops off when the milk is filled completely to the top of the bottle!
This is a common problem. The filling mechanism is not reliable.
Also, plastic bottles, which hardly ever use, and which I dislike, pour properly. Your glass bottles do not. Especially when filled to the brim.
Why can’t the bottles be slightly oversize, and better designed - for ‘pourability’?
