Great service

Recently used Cream Castles to hire a bouncy castle and slide for a kids party. Booking was easy, I was kept up to date about my booking as it approached delivery date and on the day the service was brilliant. The guys arranged a slightly earlier time for drop off but this worked better for us in the end and they were polite, professional and tidy during set up. Collection was prompt at the assigned time and again service was top class. Would highly recommend and would happily use them again in the future.

Very unfair and uncaring company

Useless!! Very unprofessional, they put the inflateable in the totally wrong place, so noone used it and then wouldnt offer any compensation at all.

The perfect addition to our party

The perfect addition to our party that entertained the kids and let the parents chat, until the parents joined in!! The Cream Castle team were amazing, on time, professional, polite and even let the kids help pack up. Can’t recommend them enough. Well worth the money and my angels haven’t stopped talking about the castle since!
