Avoid - unreliable

Gave me a quote last year & i called in April to check it was still valid. It was so arranged a date & time for the work to be done plus a day off from work. The day before i was told they wouldn't be able to attend as it was scheduled to rain!! Really? We live in the UK it always rains - so unprofessinal. Funny thing was it didn't rain (bar 20mins at midday) the whole day! I text Chris and stated it wasn't raining but he just gave an alternative date so clearly he was not going to turn up and just used the weather as an excuse. Didn't even bother to apologise!

High standard of work.

Extremely efficient work done when replacing soffits and cleaning the roof. All debris taken away. Chris is obviously very experienced with a pleasant personality.
