We had a sofa which extremely creaky and sagged from both ends into the middle. We got in touch with Crawford hunter and Crawford came to inspect the problem. He told us what the problem was and took the sofa away to work on it. A few days later we had our sofa back without creaks and sags, back as good as new. He told us exactly how the problems were fixed and showed pictures of work that was carried out. A good job well done

I ordered made-to-measure items from this business - two window seat cushions and two scatter cushions. There is a wide selection of fabrics, at different price points, to choose from. The workshop used templates and examples that I provided for ordering materials and making the items I ordered. The expected completion time, was advised, and adhered to. Queries were answered fully and clearly, and there was good communication as to how my order was progressing. I like the convenience of shopping locally; the cost of my order was explained and the invoice/payment process was straightforward. Overall, I received excellent customer service and high quality goods; the items I purchased enhance our interior home decoration. I would place further orders with Crawford Hunter Upholstery and recommend this business to other potential customers.

Crawford reupholstered 4 occasional for me and did a great job. I am absolutely delighted with them. He was really helpful and explained what he would do with them and helped me make the right choice for the fabric. The chairs were in a terrible state and now look like new.
