Needed front and back garden landscaping work done. Arrived and took detailed measurements and even photos. Gave a very impressive talk about his customer service desires and promised a quotation (not estimate as they are non binding) accompanied by fully detailed drawings (so as to avoid any misconceptions) the following week. Nearly one month later and despite a chaser email from me (with a curt "you will get your quote asap") response, i've heard nothing......Dont waste your time......
