Would not recommend as the Therapist Abby and the person who answers the phone does not have a clue on how to deal with customers, or how to run a business. They are rude, and non-responsive to emails. Time and time again, the Therapist named Abby demonstrates a highly unprofessional attitude, and has even put the phone down a few times, and then when you ring back she does not pick up, and when she does she is brash and condescending in her telephone manner. Honestly, has no class whatsoever. Would advise other customers to avoid this circus, and spend their hard-earned money elsewhere. Absolutely worse clinic and customer experience experienced in a long time! Would not recommend!

Amazing place to visit, I felt like a queen the moment I entered the building I left feeling even better I would highly recommend to anyone.

Coming in here and going back with a body well relaxed and I'm so happy to be here. I'm going back next month.

The staff and owner are lovely , talked me through my process asking if I was good or not .Would recommend CQ medspa atmosphere is great had a look treatments available, they’re worth the prices. Will be looking forward to having more treatments done here in the near future .

Lovely ladies who are very professional with what they do! They make you feel really relaxed and pampered and you’ll come out feeling like a brand new person. They must have the best interior in Manchester too because oh my god the place is beautiful
