Great value for money, great team.

Theyve never let me down

They have never let me down. Even when Ian was on holiday abroad his guys were around my house within the hour. When his guys go up the attic they take photos/videos so they can explain to me what's wrong when they come down. It's difficult to find workmen you can trust however I would always recommend CPM to my friends and neighbours.

Garage roof repairs.

Ian gave a very competitive quote to overhaul my garage roof which comprised of a tiled front area and double length flat roof. The Tiles were stripped back in order to re batten and felt. The flat areas were stripped back and re covered in rubber, all edges nicely finished with side trims.
Once the weather allowed work to start the job was completed to a very high standard by a great team of lads in a good time frame. All debris was removed. Great service, highly recommended company. Thanks.

Leak on porch roof

Thanks to Ian for taking my call on a Sunday bank holiday early evening, and sending someone round on the bank holiday morning. With a leak dripping over the fusebox, I was so pleased they were able to fix it so quickly.

Ian and his team spent time and had the expertise to repair a leak in my roof. They actively looked for the cause of the leak and carried out the necessary repairs keeping me informed at all times about what was wrong and what they were going to do to prevent the roof leaking again. Ian gave detailed quotes and invoices listing all work that was needed and that had been done. The team always turned up on time and when they said they would. I would use this company again and thoroughly recommend

Excellent Job

The lads did an excellent job. Rebuilt chimney stack and capped the chimney, clean out the gutters, repaired a few broken tiles and removed all the moss from our slate roof.
