Damp issue, replastering required. Great service.

Craig was fantastic from start to end. The job was replastering in the hallway due to some damp issues and blown plaster. Quickly diagnosed the issues and gave honest advice on what was required to resolve the problem. Arrived punctually each morning over three days and completed the repairs to high standard exactly as was described would be done. Hallway and stairs were covered for protecti...on and left spotless each day with no need to clean up myself. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CPH Interiors and have asked Craig to quote other work needed in the house. I wouldn't think twice about using their services again in the future. Huge thanks.

Damp Proofing & Condensation Control Specialist

CPH Interiors was formed in 1984, we have been carrying out work on private dwellings since this time, we have always strived for the best possible service at a reasonable cost, we have been involved in all aspects of home maintenance and improvements. We are associated with My Builder whereby an increasing amount of work is generated through this site and our 100% feedback says it all. We are also listed on Rated People. We carry out planned maintenance for commercial and housing associations. From your chimney stack to your drains we are on hand to help, advise and carry out the work you require.

We have many years experience in dealing with damp and there are many causes, rising, penetrating, condensation, we have developed products that will eradicate the affects within the dwelling, for DPC we use a silicone horizontal barrier injected, for tanking we use an epoxy resin that completely seals before any plaster is introduced. Condensation can be caused by numerous reasons but a full survey will diagnose these issues whether it be lack of Insulation or ventilation.

Damp survey or investigation

I was very pleased with the thorough and professional way in which Craig investigated then treated the large areas of penetrating damp in a bedroom wall in my old cottage. He explained the steps he would take and why! The job was completed with minimum disruption and mess, and looks ready for decorating when appropriate! I can now relax when we next have a forecast of wind and heavy rain! (And as a bonus my dogs loved seeing him every morning - they are excellent judges of people!)

Really happy with the work carried out by Craig and team. From the initial meeting I had a pleasant experience, as Craig talked me through everything, and exactly what work would be carried out. He then kept me updated with the progress of the work, and also suggested some additional recommendations for me to look at in the future (like he noticed a crack in the front door frame along with a couple of other bits). Craig didn't have to mention these as it wouldn't be additional work/money for him, but seemed genuinely invested in ensuring the property was as protected as it could be. Would be happy to recommend CPH to anyone else needing damp proofing work carried out.
