Cozy Heat Plumbing & Heating

Having received a competitive quote I went ahead with installation of two vertical radiators. The installation was on time, looked great and Rob was very pleasant.
After 3 weeks, one radiator had stopped working; only partially heating up. Cozy Heat came out to balance the flow to make it work again at an additional charge.

Guys were very efficient and done a great job ,lovely experience from start to finish and good communication through the staff would recommend to anyone in the area

We must commend their help and expertise in the design process of our new bathroom.
We also cannot praise highly enough Ben and Kevin, the bathroom installers, who were really dedicated and worked so hard, paying great attention to detail and care in all their workmanship. We are delighted with the final result and sincerely thank everyone concerned for your professional, smooth running and friendly service. This is the second time we have used Cozyheat as they previously refurbished our downstairs cloakroom. We were so impressed we had no hesitation in using them again. We would highly recommend the services of the Cozyheat team.

We have had a few issues with our heating lately and contacted Cozy Heat as they were local. The service we received can only be described as first class. They offered to send an engineer the following day which was much appreciated as we were in the middle of a very cold spell. The problem was fixed promptly at a very reasonable price. More recently we were losing pressure from our system when we returned from holiday in March and once again the service we received was excellent. Although they were extremely busy Graham made himself available the following day and arrived on time. He quickly discovered the problem and fixed it at a very reasonable price. I have nothing but praise for the service we have received first of all from Stacie on the phone then from the engineers Graham and Rob. If you have any problems phone Cozy Heat you won’t be disappointed.
