I sent my wife to get tyres changed on my car. First of all they overcharged almost 40% for each tyre compared to other shops Plus they Charged her for wheel alignment ( which I don’t believe they even did) Top of that they damaged one of the alloy wheel as well. When I made complaint regarding my alloy wheel they denied . I will never recommend this shop to anyone I know and make sure to tell everyone about my experience with them so others can stay away from them.

The staff are really friendly, helpful and honest. We had to do an impromptu visit because of deflating tyre and they made sure that the tyres they had in stock were suitable for our electric car. We ended up having a repair which was done very quickly.

Great service, great value, lovely family business. Having not driven my car much the last 12/18 months because of the pandemic thought it was worth getting the wheels checked out. Found Cowley Rd online, they booked me in first thing, very down to earth, told me what they were doing, what it would cost. No major problems but gave me a heads up on something to keep an eye on. All done while I was waiting in about 30 mins. BUT better than all this - while I was sitting in the waiting room a steady stream of minor emergencies came in, a harassed mother who had lost a wing mirror, a couple of old ladies worried about a puncture, a bloke with some old tyres he wanted to get rid of - all greeted with the most helpful, friendly and respectful service I have ever encountered in a garage. Even though I knew (having overheard conversations between staff) that they already had a pretty busy day. One stage the receptionist even went to retrieve a handbag from a customer's car. Highly recommended!

I have used Cowley Tyres & exhausts for years. I have not had any problem, and no issues with their work. Always helpful, and I think they are quite competitive with their pricing.

Looked at all these positive reviews and decided to do tyre alignment. The receptionist on the phone was friendly and quoted £40, which seemed reasonable to me. We agreed the time, but when I came, they told me that my tyres worn out too much and they won't do alignment until I replace them. They told me they did not have in stock any tyres from their website so the only option for me was to buy cheap tyres and pay much more than elsewhere. As you can guess, the reason why those tyres were not on the website was because nobody would buy them for such a price! So I ended up buying Ovation tires, which cost max £50 fully fitted, for £71 each! Bad noisy tires with E fuel score and lost money. Avoid as there are many other alignment places nearby.
