Welcome to Couvre! I specialise in ceramic and porcelain wall & floor tiling, and in creating bespoke and feature designs for my customers. Whether it’s fitting a new kitchen backsplash, updating your bath or shower, or giving a laundry room a new lease of life, you can feel confident that your project is in the hands of a skilled professional. Plus, I'm fully insured, as well as registered with the first-of-its-kind, national Register of Tradeswomen in the UK! Which was launched this year by co-founder Hattie Hassan, MBE, herself a plumber for over two decades, in response to the increasing demand for female tradespeople, as more and more women put safety, as well as quality and skill at the top of their list.

I didn’t imagine this time last year that I’d be a qualified tiler, but like many others, after losing my job in the pandemic and still too young to retire, I had to step out of my comfort zone. So, I took the plunge and enrolled on a tiling course…and I haven’t looked back since! My business has become my passion. Not only do I love tiling but it turns out I’m also a dab-hand at it (see what I did there)!
