KIM at Cousins in Birmingham, fantastic experience

KIM from Cousins Birmingham store was fantastic, she really helped us. She was kind and friendly without been pushy or going in for the hard sell. We brought a lovely corner group and 2 seater sofa, and we got it for a great price. We had been to the Dudley store, however the customer service at the Birmingham store was second to none and we decided to purchase from them. Great experience, highly recommended. Thanks guys. Really happy customer.

BAD, AWRFUL, RUDE, LATE

Woke up to a call after a year and half that my furniture has arrived, told them it was no longer needed since they took a year and to refund my £300. Manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Deposit can’t be returned for some strange reason.
Never shopping here again!

do not buy from cousins

I will never buy from cousins again having spent thousands of pounds with them. I purchased a £2000 dining table which had a manufacturers fault and they basically said it was tough luck and the defect was tolerant ! do not buy from cousins there aftercare is non existent but they will grab your money as fast as they can !
