Because they are never ever open - despite stating that they are on Google, I have lost 5 parcels sent to me last week. They don’t open the shop, yet they keep In Post locker so whilst I cannot even get there despite coming and spending my money on taxis to come to their store, they are never there and have a sign on the door that they are short staffed and then they are sending my parcels back to the sender what is going on there?

I wanted to return a parcel from Amazon and this place was the nearest Hub Counter. On Monday I have been told that the service was not working but would be working on the next day. On Tuesday I have been told by a different worker that the service is unavailable because they run out of tag label for return but would be working at the end of the week. After coming back on friday I have been told that the service still does not work because of an "engineering problem".

If I do acknowledge that these technical incidents might be out of their control, repeatedly telling me that the problem is going to be solved in the next 1-2 days is unprofessional.

Nothing is to much trouble for the people at this newsagents. They are unfailingly friendly, courteous and helpful. We discovered them in the first lockdown and they have been delivering our newspaper ever since. I can’t rate them too highly.

Excellent and reliable. Khanak has been doing an extraordinary job in the present, very difficult circumstances.
