I have multiple parcels delivered every week. Most have a sensible approach to when no one is here to accept. NOT APC it seems.

Card through door. Only option is to request a delivery via online. When I went online they say as it is after 8pm Friday they can't do Monday. Now booked for Wednesday - aw eek to deliver is what that amounts to. Tried ringing them seeing as though they sent me an email (from a do not reply email address) but gave a phone number if any questions. Prerecorded message saying same day service is the only service is available all other services closed and call terminated. Brilliant methiod of answering questions

Customer service - awful is the gentle way to put it.

Why can they not do what other carriers do when we are not in and deliver to a neighbour - works well for the decent carriers.

I was out when Courier Logistics tried to deliver my parcel but they left a card to explain how I could get my parcel. I called to find out when I could collect my parcel and the person I spoke to on the phone was incredibly polite and helpful. I arrived the next day to collect and the process was very easy and again, I was met by a very helpful staff member in reception.

The driver that comes in to collect is always really pleasant, nothing is ever too much trouble for him. The booking platform is easy and user friendly! Highly recommend this company.
