Appauling customer services, calling parts department from Thursday , left contact details , finally I was called back Monday - 4 days later! only because I called the servicing department (who were helpful) who kindly said they would leave a email with the parts department, man I spoke to not apologetic, blaming problems with phone lines (No problems with all other department phone lines though??) and had recieved no messages to return our calls , this is not the 1st time it's taken days to get through , gave the part number , told it would be in on Wednesday and I would get a call midday, no surprises no call , went to collect part regardless only to be told it had not even been ordered, whoever is running the parts department in Chelmsford needs to be given his P45

Poor post sale customer Service County Motor Works Chelmsford.

Dreadful after-sales service. Very quick to sell the vehicle but when issues arose relating to the central locking a couple of years later, Customer Service Department unhelpful and just stated that is was a known fault, just laughed at me and stated there was nothing they could do. Quick to give me a price for two new keys to be created, but not prepared what is a defective product making the car dangerous to drive as central locking still operative after manual opening of drivers door, can open neither passenger doors nor hatch.

I had high expectations of this car dealers. A big let down. Left me standing for an hour. Customer service was non existent except for the receptionist who was helpful. I wanted to do a test drive on a car, waited and waited, then somebody else came into the showroom and went out before me, test drove the same car. I was so annoyed. When you have £10,000 in your pocket to buy a car, this is not the service you want. I don't rank this car sales on customer service alone. I told manager I was leaving and why, he just said, ok. Very Poor. I have to rate otherwise this will not be published but I don't want to.
