Mark knows his stuff! I am a repeat customer and if I'd ever need another body repair done to my car there is no question in my mind where to go - County Coachworks! I had a rear bumper job to do recently at my Lexus. After his assessment, all options explained with pro and cons, and we made a decision on the approach. Mark booked me in. By the time I brought my car in for repair I managed to pick up some more damage to my bumper - courtesy of some folks who like bumping into your car and then run away (!!). So, on the day Mark re-assessed and accommodated all that work. And done so within the same timeframe! Above all, phenomenal attention to detail and know how! We took our Audi Q7 in to Mark and his team with almost 4 years’ worth of knocks and bangs, including an unfortunate keying incident that crossed 3 panels, a severe knock to one side of the front bumper and a lot of chips to the rear driver’s side after a roof tile, of all things, fell onto the car in high winds. I could not be HAPPIER with the results. Mark’s attention to detail is second to none. His customer service was exemplary and his pricing transparent and fully explained. I can’t recommend Mark and County Coachworks highly enough - it took me a long time to find someone I felt I could trust to carry out the repairs and it was worth the wait. A real find and a great local business.

Appalling customer service never been spoken so rudely before. I would never pay for a service from Mark and his team. After having my car booked in for weeks was cancelled last minute when the car was actually at the garage to be repaired. Despicable behaviour from a local garage especially when your potentially spending hundreds of pounds for a service. Never again to go through such an horrendous experience.

Mark and his team are probably the best body shop to take your car to.
