Having not moved for 17 years and having never used a removals firm before, I was nervous. Phil did the survey and provided a quote, which was very reasonable. Emma was always available for my endless questions. The two guys who arrived on moving day were fantastic - cleared my 1 bed house and dismantled the bed within two hours and were ready to go, I didn't need to worry about a thing. At my new home they had to reverse down a narrow dead end lane off a main road. It then turned into a disaster; people moving out had a terrible removals company who had done very little by 2pm - house still full of unpacked possessions and furniture to be dismantled. We had to hang around all afternoon trying to push them to get on with it. It was 5pm by the time we finished. They took great care of my possessions and stayed completely calm, friendly and professional despite the stress, clothes were hung up in the wardrobe, nothing broken, damaged, lost. Thanks guys, it was a long day for all of us!

Amazing- definitely use them!

A family run business, who I felt at ease with from the first call, and the move was seamless. A lovely bunch of people that I trusted with our things, and the process, at a time when my stress levels were high! Communications was super clear too.
Truly lovely, easy going, but professional too. Will be recommending to all friends and family.

Great service, highly recommended

Based on a friend’s recommendation, Countrywide moved us from Berkshire to Dorset. They undercut our other quotes by a third and provided a great service. Three people took our house contents the day before completion and met us at our new home the next day. This interval took the stress away, giving us a day to clean our empty house before vacating. We did our own packing, some of which might not have been to their standard but they didn’t complain ! All in all, I would thoroughly recommend them. Thank you to Phil, Emma and the team !
