I attended a mastering menopause session. My first experience of a group session. I felt at ease from the moment I entered the room. Not once did I feel shy to speak out and my opinion was shared with everyone else in the group. It's a great way to understand what each women is going through. It's also nice to be noticed of what we go through. I would most certainly attend another session should one become available.
