I can’t thank the staff enough esp Diane for all their help from speaking on the phone, coming to my house to help fill out forms, sitting in on a ftf assessment and their constant ongoing support over the past 3 months-I honestly don’t know what I would have done without them, so helpful, professional and treat you like everybody should be taught with no judgements! Totally underrated and understaffed (I believe) and not at all their doing-so anyone needing advice, support with forms, DWP questions please seek their help.
