Despite having a booking and confirmatory text they didn't turn up and tried to pretend the booking didn't exist. A bunch of liars

Outrageous!
£24 for a 21 minute trip and the driver sped up to 55 mph in a 30 speed limit zone!

Coulsdon Cars is extremely reliable and very professional. I have been using them for some time and they have never let me down. Excellent service and very prompt. I would never use another cab company.

The drivers seem to be blaming the "oofice" for telling them that customers are "disabled" hence need to wait to collect them in the first available disabled bay. When confronted about such, the response was a serious of sarcastic and rude comments. They then had the gall to ask me to move my car, a disabled person parked in a disabled bay, with a blue badge so he could swing out in one move! Guess what matey, you and your company are goingh to be complained to Croydon Council, TfL and Aldi corporate, who funnily enough I had a meeting with on Friday instore about disability abuse and discrimination. I appreciate the drivers have to make a living, but if they are behaving this way towards the disabled, who knows what else they might stoop to. Think about that when you order a car from anyone. Their inability just adds to the disabled person disability, remember we all strive towards equality, or else discrimination will never go away!

Many other cab firms available in the area. I recommend you stay clear of this company. NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
