Worse vets , they just want money, and don’t help with pets problems been going there over 5 month, and they have made my dog worse then what he was, they have no idea what what up with him and gave him medication that wasn’t required, was on a pet plan and canceled that now reseived a letter to say I owe them 45 pound when I’ve paid for all my services . And now they are saying they Will take me to court if I don’t pay

Just returned from taking our elderly dog to cottage spring vets. The vet explained our options and we chose which course to take. We were not charged for first consultation. Just charged a small fee for medication. Well impressed with caring and compassionate vet. Will be our new vet for all our dogs.

My little man went in to have his teeth cleaned a few weeks ago.
Florin the vet and Michal the nurse were so good with him and looked after him so well. Couldn't have asked for better care and Friendly service and their prices were very competitive too!

I'll call them for hip score for my dog I was quoted £388 for everything because my dog was 60kg in weight the lady explained, then i took my two dogs for routine check up they charge me a full consultation for both of them. Again I ask them for a quote for hip score vet checked on the computer and I can see on the screen £488.99 then he turned to me and said it will cost £530 then he says if you do it anywhere else it will cost you £600 or more he knows that. I said to him that I had a quote from one other vets in dudley and it was £490 he said is up to you if you want to do it here or take him somewhere else. Personally I think they changing the price to the to suits them shelves.will never use again
