Terrible service - use someone else

A terrible company who doesn’t know how to do a diagnostic test on a breakdown and then have a diagnostic machine that doesn’t read certain car makes. Furthermore it is unacceptable that when a diagnostic is undertaken they clear the faults and tell the driver there is nothing wrong with the car leaving you with £1000 bill at the garage because of their negligence. They also tell you that they won’t recover you even though you have a recovery on your breakdown documents. They lie. They are rude but most of all they leave you stranded.

Transport driver decided to burn my clutch out, rather than winch it up.
Tried to speak with them about this, got called a horrible slur. No apology yet either.
Being a professional and a Doctor, spoke with Daren Godfrey the owner, who said he would defend any court action, and didn't want to even inspect the damage his driver caused.

I was a bit nervous booking these guys as there reviews were not great but i was 100% happy with the speed and service of this company. Well done guys for saving some stranded drivers.

Disgusting service, have been left with my 60 year old mother for 6 hours after being lied to and lead to believe i was being picked up. Having to phone around and find out for myself after all this time that i had been cancelled
but not informed so been here waiting for no reason that i was to far of a journey to be dropped home. How they operate a business like this i do not know. Sat here with my 60 year mother in the freezing cold past 11pm at night trying to find another solution.
