I am a dedicated sports therapist with a diverse range of specialist treatments, using the most innovative & progressive therapies, leaving you truly looked after!

As an experienced sports therapist, I will do all I can to help you in an unhurried environment. Whether you are wanting to enhance your sports performance, help with those niggling injuries, increase flexibility or generally reduce muscular tension.
Let me tell you a little about myself. I became a Sports Therapist as I have a keen interest in sport & fitness, helping athletes to achieve optimal performance, rehabilitation, prevention & maintenance. Working closely with a rugby team over the past several years has given me the experience where I have flourished in my career. My passion & knowledge shines through & I make the extra step to help you further. I am passionate about learning &Â always looking for new & exciting ways to improve the experience & outcome for my clients to give you the best desired result.

5I booked my appointment and met with Laura. I could not have wished for a more delightful and cheery person. She is highly professional but makes you feel at ease with her friendly and approachable personality. She has also created a lovely environment at her premises. It was warm and inviting, with just the right level of lighting and perfect relaxing music and scents.
We started with a consultation and agreed that I would have a full body massage with some lomi lomi. The massage was fantastic. The pressure was just right for me. I had told Laura about some issues, but had not specifically mentioned my piriformis muscles. Nonetheless she found this problem without me prompting and did a fantastic job of releasing the tension around these troublesome areas.
I cannot recommend Laura highly enough!
