I was extremely disappointed by the service received in this clinic. The staff were rude, arrogant, and did not even listen to what I had to say. Began by aggressively pumping hand sanitiser onto my hands, which ended up all over my jeans. No apology given. She then quickly ran through why I was there. told me she could 'hardly see' the imperfection I wanted to fix. I then asked some questions, to which her answers were rude and passive aggressive. I understand she is not a real doctor, but a polite attitude would have gone a long way. There was a problem with the treatment I wanted, and also the price she quoted was a lot more than the website has quoted (already reported to advertising standards agency). As soon as I said I would have to think about it, she rudely cut me off and started talking over me and being very passive aggressive again. Clearly they just hire the cheapest, most under qualified staff to work in their clinics, who have no idea what customer service looks like.

Laser treatment for my rosacea helped massively and very happy with how the redness is much less

Wrinkle injections done just the way i like it ... able to move forehead but frown gone so no more angry look.

Extremely professional staff. Felt at ease from the moment I entered the clinic. Dr Perry is very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend cosmedics. Will be returning for more treatments.

I pop in for wrinkle injections every few months after being recommended by a friend a couple of years ago. The clinic is on Harley Street, but not expensive, I paid £240 for treatment which is less than I was paying elsewhere before and a much nicer place too, really professional. The doctors are really careful to explain everything and discuss exactly what you want before treatment. Results are really natural, I hate the idea of a fake look but yes I do want to look young!
I would recommend Cosmedics to anybody
