Excellent experience

Arrived earlier than expected 200 miles away from their departure. It was a Yorkshire / london move. They were nice, efficient, and fast. Same the other side.
They moved a whole house and a car. I definitely recommend the guys.

Truly amazing

My whole experience with this company has been entirely positive. Gordon who coordinated the move was reassuring and helpful every step. Not only were they reasonably priced. The guy very organised quick and hard-working. My seller had been quite difficult and the move date has changed and Gordon did everything he could to accommodate me. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Disappointed

I would never use this company again or recommend them you definitely get what you pay for ! They arrived late and with scruffy Luton vans only one bearing the Cos Freight name. We thought things had gone quite well initially and thought they had worked hard so gave them a £50 cash tip what a mistake that was because we found our bed mattress in the spare room dirty and they had cross threaded the bolt in the main bar of the bed frame. I made a complaint which was looked into but it turns out we didn’t fill out the insurance form and return it (missed because it was a last minute date to move and we had a week to pack no reminder or mention about the forms from Cos freight to return them when we confirmed the removal date ) and we didn’t make the complaint within 7 days !! Who has their house straight in that time, as we were having work done on the house we didn’t unpack 3 rooms and since we have I have items missing and broken and a Wardrobe had been put back together wrong !

Excellent removal experience

Excellent service from COS Freight. This started with the very professional attitude from Andrew during his initial visit, and continued with his colleagues during the removal activity. All very slick, and nothing was too much trouble.
