1So good with anxious patients
5I totally recommend this dental practice!
5No complaints about dentistry work, front desk could use some customer service training :)
4I do believe the current front desk team could use some support in their customer service however... I saw a couple of patients become visibly taken aback and uncomfortable when asked by an incredibly loud dental assistant in front of all waiting - 'do you receive any benefits?'
When they asked why this was relevant, the team member - again, like a foghorn, announced along the lines of - 'well if you receive benefits we need to know because you don't pay for the work'.
The poor patient was understandably mortified and had to disclose that they did receive benefits in front of 6/7 patients in the waiting room who all couldn't help but overhear the conversation.
This is the first time I have experienced this and hopefully the team can provide this assistant in some training.
