We are Nottingham's largest service centre, a genuine local company offering cost effective repairs at our service centre while you wait or in your home.

Established in 1996, and incorporated as a Limited company in February 2002 we have grown to become one of Nottingham's most reputable service agents for whom many high street retailers turn to provide them with an efficient and reliable after sales service.

With a team of 17 employees, Correct is a family run business with a strict policy to provide our customers with a service they find prompt, friendly and informative, competitive and above all reliable.

We are approved service agents for many of the world's leading manufacturers such as Sony, Hitachi, Panasonic, Samsung and Toshiba.

Our business has thrived for over 17 years, growing bigger and busier year-on-year. Unlike many of our competitors, Correct Services have not required the need for a great deal of advertising since much of our work is derived from recommendations by existing customers and by providing a 1st class after sales support for several high street retailers.

Steven & his twin brother Andrew are directors of Correct Service. Steve has worked for correct for 15 yrs. He took over the role as Director in 2016 when his Father Joe Green retired. Steve has had many years of experience in repairing TVs, as it has been a family affair since he can remember. He Started his career in Engineering and gained a HND in mechatronics & Electrical Engineering.

Andy has had many years of experience in repairing TV and audio as its been a family affair since he can remember. He Started out his career in TV repair at 17 and has BTEC in TV engineering.

I left a blu-ray player with this company toward the end of September, and was assured the repair would take less than a week. Two weeks later, I called to see what progress had been made, and was informed that the engineer would call me back. Two further calls from me, and the engineer did eventually return my call. He explained the problem, the upgrades to the software required, and the cost involved, £90 less my initial payment of £30, a balance of £60.

However, when I collected the item, I was asked for £92, considerably more than quoted.

I complained, and the response was, that ‘if I was unhappy, they could take the parts out’.

Not exactly, good customer service or an adequate response.

The repair, took three weeks longer than expected, the communication was dire, and the quote I received from the engineer was worthless. No apology whatsoever!

My experience with this company, would NOT lead me to recommend them to anyone! DREADFUL!
