We are delighted with the loft conversion which Dave Morrow carried out. We were impressed with his professional manner during difficult circumstances concerning sourcing building supplies and staff issues concerning Covid.

Professional, great quality and value for money

From start to finish Dave has been an absolute legend. Guided us through the initial planning and Architects etc. He can carry out all the trades on site himself, which makes planning so much easier. Throughout the build he listened to our ideas and made them reality. What he created for us is better than we imagined. Dave and his team are professional and very attentive to detail. Despite the nature of the work he always ensured we were left as clean and tidy at the end of the day. We highly recommend him and will only use him in the

The extension to my cottage has been the culmination of a long held dream which has finally been brought to life by Cornwall Loft Conversions to a exceptionally high standard. The integrity and workmanship has been outstanding. I would completely recommend and endorse their standard of workmanship

Loves loft conversions

Dave and his team did a great job, converting a loft in an old barn into a bedroom and shower room. Because of its nature, it was a big, difficult and expensive task but the result has been a great success. The quality of workmanship was high. He was good at keeping in touch about progress, and happy to consult with us before making important decisions. He kept to time. We'd recommend him highly. And he seems to love lofts! And converting them!
