Very poor communication from the owner. Staff were friendly and polite - when they arrived. We made the mistake of then using them for another smaller job - a side gate on my elderly mum's property. This time the communication became a huge issue. They took months to come back to us with a quote and even longer to complete the job. The gate had been measured incorrectly and two attempts were made to fit it. The gate itself is shoddily finished and the bolt doesn't sit correctly so it constantly rattles. My 88 yr old Mum has a battle to close/open the bolt. They are indifferent to this issue and uninterested in resolving it. I urge you to use someone else who actually has some idea of customer service. I offered the company the chance to make good on their mistakes with the gate and have been completely ignored.
