Old driveway removed with out a problem, unfortunately that was the best of my experience.

Drive removal- Mini digger arrived and old driveway was lifted, the grab lorry the Justin ordered did not arrive on the day it should have and his labourer was left to resolve the issue.

Subbase and drainage- Disgruntled contractors from other projects conducted by Cornerstone Paving Solutions arrived at my house and forced the workforce to stop and leave site due unpaid invoices by Cornerstone Paving, leaving my drive way incomplete.

Labour- His contractors are nice and pleasant to communicate with.

Concrete- The specification of the concrete was changed by Justin with out prior notification, to a substandard alternative delivered via a volumetric mixer, this information only came to light when I asked for the information, when challenged about this Justin's final remark was I will remove 10% of the installed materials from site.

Good looking drive but not fit for purpose

The lads done a good job but we had some issues with water laying on the driveway. We then had cuts put in by Justin which sorted the water problem but then we needed the cuts filled in that’s where the problem started. Thanks to Shane who came out Sunday and sorted it out for us. Don’t know if it was due to lack of communication between staff or COVID but seemed to take forever to sort out . Many thanks Shane for finally sorting it out.

Great product and servive

Was pleased with the driveway and looked great but after two years there were repairs to be done and it needs resealing. I have been trying to get them to repair this since June 2020 and just get fobbed off. Sent numerous e-mails then received an e-mail saying ring this number to arrange a repair which I did and guess what no reply. The after service is rubbish and they don’t want to know.

I have used and recommended the Cornerstone decorative concrete services over many years, and always been able to confidently leave them to install both our Picspave commercial specifications and create their own bespoke designs on domestic projects across the South Coast. Longevity in this industry is a good indicator of how well they deal with the individual issues that are thrown up when installing driveways and patios, and they have always responded quickly and positively to any requests for specific design needs and installation issues. Their imprinted concrete paving systems require far less maintenance than others we have specified including block paving and resin stone, and we even used them to install a KFC drive-thru!
