I am a fully qualified Reiki Master and have been working with Reiki since 2003. I run courses for others who would like to invoke some balance and wellness in their lives and the lives of those around them.

The Usui method of Reiki, specifically Usui Reiki Shiki Ryoho, is the original system of natural healing. Having originated in Japan and introduced to the western world in the mid 70's. Since then its use has spread worldwide and millions of people use Reiki to help themselves and others stimulate the natural healing process.

Besides the obvious use in illness, Reiki promotes the healing process in many other ways; it also addresses mental, emotional and energetic imbalances. Reiki is one of the most effective natural stress relief and health improvement therapies available today, it also promotes personal & spiritual growth, expands consciousness, increases creative and spiritual awareness.
