I offered to be a model for a newly qualified beautician - for a Brazilian wax.
It was my first time having this treatment and after a few horror stories from my friends about how painful it was I was really nervous!
Needn’t have been tho. The ladies who did it for me were awesome. They listened to what I said, answered all my questions and completely put me at ease.
It was nowhere near as painful as I’d set it up in my head and the aftercare was spot on too.
Ref the health and safety aspect - masks are worn by all staff and customers, there’s sanitiser at the entrance too.

CORINIUM is a calm and luxurious environment - I have been using and recommending Tracy and her wonderful staff for many years. The salon is spotlessly clean and new safety measures are firmly in place, the therapists are highly trained and experts in their field. I really wouldn’t consider ever going elsewhere - if you’re looking for a first class experience in a relaxing, professional and well established salon - CORINIUM is for you.

Went to book an appointment as a special treat. Blond haired lady with glasses behind counter was on phone but acknowledged that I was waiting. Waited ages whilst she then decided to upsell to other people over the phone, obviously not bothered about walk in clients, also décor was a little outdated and grubby, got up and walked out....!!!

I love this salon so much! The staff here are caring and talented and always have me feeling very at ease in their comforting and soothing environment. I have had many many treatments here from my maintenance waxing, manicures and pedicures (including the fabulous Jessica Geleration) to caci facials, spray tanning, eyelash extensions, gorgeous decleor facial's and body massages to name but a few! The treatments are all superb and the staff amazing... I would highly recommend this salon for all your beauty needs

This business has been run by myself for 17 years where we have remained Weston's most prestigious beauty salon and are grateful to all of our clients who have stayed loyal with us for all these years…

As you are aware we have a policy that children under 12 are not aloud in the treatment areas as a safety precaution so that they cannot be injured by
any equipment, also so that clients receiving relaxing treatments have minimal disturbance and noise. I am sure you will agree when paying for a luxury
relaxing treatment that you would not want to be disturbed listening to young children.
As you have mentioned you have been in the salon on several occasions and I am glad you have felt you enjoyed your treatments enough to return!

The theme of Corinium was designed as an old roman spa. The salon was hand painted by a professional artist that everyone has only ever complimented on the incredible detail of the decor.
For the last few months Corinium has been undergoing a refresh to all the décor of the salon as we regularly keep up with any maintenance and refurbishment when needed. With regards to the 'Cheap plastic table cloth' you referred too, this is actually a piece of high quality plastic covering which is used when waxing or piercing for hygiene reasons as it can be sprayed and wiped after each client.

With regards to staff attitudes we only ever receive positive comments in their customer service and these members of staff have been at Corinium for a number of years. As a business owner for the last 17 years I pride my salon on exceptional quality service. I believe without it my salon would not have been so successful for as many years as it has and retained the strong client base that it has today.

Once again from myself and the team and Corinium we feel sorry that you feel you did not have the best experience with us, but with the situation of you bringing young children into the salon this was not an ideal situation, however my employees did make an exception against our policy as we did not want you to feel let down as you were going on holiday, unfortunately due to this situation another clients facial was disturbed so from now on we have to stick to our policy which is no children under 12 are allowed in the treatment area.
