Pilates is a unique form of exercise, created by Joseph Pilates (1883-1967) encompassing 34 mat work exercises.
Using the mind to control the bodys core muscles, which are the lower back, stomach, hips and Glutes, Pilates works the muscles uniformly with controlled and focused breathing, correcting imbalances in posture. Pilates helps to regain balance, increase strength and control, improving flexibility. The Pilates system works to strengthen and lengthen the muscles, conditioning and toning the body from the inside out.
Elizabeth Reid, Level III Pilates Instructor, Member of FitPro and BackCare Professional Member (Associate) has over 18 years experience and teaches the original 34 Pilates mat work exercises, offering various versions and adaptions to suit.
Courses run on 10 week rotational and progressive basis and are suitable for adults of virtually all levels of fitness.

10 week courses available for £80 which makes you a Core Factor Pilates Member and entitles you to attend up to 1 VENUE + 2 ZOOM classes OR up to 3 ZOOM classes a week if you need them!
Extends to Household Membership, entitling any residing adult member of your household to join. Superb value!
