I am currently pregnant and isolating with covid and sent my mum with a picture of a 1ml syringe to collect colestrum. The picture was a clear 1ml syringe and a needle was sold. My mum went back and asked if they could talk to me on the phone to explain- ladies response immediately what does she want. I found her tone very rude. So i said theres no meed to be rude you sold my mum a needle when she showed a syringe picture, she said but thats what she showed, i said no the picture is a syringe you work in a pharmacy you must know the difference, lady was immediately defensive and rude! You really need to think about how you speak to customers. And i said to mum dont buy anything there, another guy from the back said to my mum yh just go. That’s appalling! Date - 17/2/2022 staff. Im a pharmacist myself and have helped many people, not nice to receive service when your unwell from our own community like this.

Very accomadating to our needs.Meds requested and always ready on time.Best of all you never need to wait.Lovely staff would recommend this chemist.
