I rented a property from Cooperlets for 2 years. The apartment was immaculate. I found that any small problems were resolved quickly and the staff were friendly and helpful. When I vacated the property, it was left in original condition so had no problem in having my bond returned. Would highly recommend.

Constantly ignores the issue

Terrible service just regular lies, trying to get a "sale" but all a lie. I tried to contact them regarding an issue with my property and they constant ignored me

As with one of the other reviewers, I deal with agents all over the UK - and these guys stand head and shoulders above them all. I wish all companies could operate like this. I've been with Cooperlets since 2003 and they have never once dropped the ball - they are honest, reliable, value for money and actually, really lovely people.
