Nathan started a job to fit extractor fan in bathroom, he didn't have the correct part to complete the job, we paid him and made arrangements for him to come back and finish it off. He didn't turn up when I contacted him he ignored my call and didn't respond back via text. And now will not answer any calls but he is happy to keep the money. Avoid this tradesman

Worries dealt with! After waking up to find that the power had gone out during the night and trying to get it working with no luck I rang Nathan at Cooke Electrical Services. I explained to him what had happened and that I was worrying and he said he would get to me as fast as possible. Within the hour Nathan arrived and started to see what was going on. Whilst he was working he explained very clearly what he was doing and what may have happened. Not long him being here he found the problem and got the power back on! After finding out how busy he was that day I can’t thank him enough for helping us out. Highly recommend this young man and will be putting him forward to friends and family if they need an electrician. Very good price as well. Thanks again, Eric
