I tried 8 of the 16 approved highways contrctors for Conwy County Council, 4 no replies, 2 I had to do the paper work, 2 we do the paperwork (including Conwy Contractors). Conwy were the first to respond and quote. At the end of the day they were the cheapest, did the paperwork, did the job quickly (actually one day instead of the two they quoted). The tarmac was fresh new stuff - my neighbour was watching them and seems to know about this stuff. End result - a great job, done quickly with minimum fuss, look smart as well.
