Don’t ever order anything from these people!

Oh my goodness!!! I have never experienced such shocking rude and arrogant people and service in my LIFE! They have no idea if they have the item or not. I ordered and on the order said 3-5 days. I phoned them the next day to check if all was ok. And they said will be a little longer and on the following Friday. Nothing arrived. On the Tuesday I sent a mail and they said they don’t have it anymore. Then on the same day said they do. :-) but will be only at the end of the month!!!!!! I phoned to ask for a discount for the inconvenience and NEVER in my life had I experienced such rudeness! All he wanted to do was to refund me. All I wanted was my fire bowl. So I waited another 2 weeks and phoned to check if all was still on track, but.....guess what....they can’t get the item!!! No sorry, no apologies, no call, no email no nothing. NEVER NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE, they are incompetent and rude and have no idea how to run a business!
