Having left a message for the company, James rang back promptly and each time he said he would ring with a date/update, he rang on the specified date (which is unusual these days from a lot of firms) and three guys turned up at time specified to carry out the repair required, and did the job speedily. After an exceedingly wet month we are delighted that the repair ‘worked’ . It was a change to deal with a company who did exactly what they said they would on the date they said they would . More than happy to recommend CCR.

We first used Conservatory Cares & Repairs to find and stop a leak in our large conservatory roof. They came promptly, found the leak and put in replacement parts. Around 6 months later (July 2023) we decided to replace the leaded windows (27 plus door and French windows) and asked Conservatory Cares for a quote. They came promptly, provided a competitive quote and did a great installation job. A very good company providing outstanding customer service.
