I don't think my words (in under 1000 char) can suitably convey how extraordinary this company are!!

I was horrifically let down by 1 company, who walked mid job, leaving me without heating/hot water mid winter! I didn't know what to do, then 1 evening, I found myself being put in touch with Conscious Energy.

From the start with CE, I was made to feel cared for + respected. They immediately offered to provide heaters, free of charge, even though I wasn't their customer. Jack was enthusiastic + responsive from the off. He answered all my questions, engaged with me to understand my needs + never made me feel pressured. Then I met the installer, Ian. He did the survey, was polite, respectful of my property, really knew his stuff + took time to discuss options with me.

During the job, they used liners + matting to protect the carpets, tidied up after themselves + even modified my radiator covers for the new pipework because it was different.

I cannot thank Jack, Ian, Courteney + all the CE team enough for their kindness, help + support to make this winter a little less bleak.

Cannot recommend this company enough!

From the first moment I got in contact with Conscious Energy I have been extremely impressed with their level of service.

The surveyors were friendly, the design team were extremely thorough and insightful and the installation team were incredibly efficient and tidy.

I opted for an air source heat pump system alongside a 4 kW solar PV array and an 8 kW battery storage system in my bid to go off grid completely. My system has been fully
functioning for a month now and I have had no issues.

I cannot praise this company enough for the knowledge and service that they have given to me.

If you are looking to switch to renewable energy i advise you to get in contact with Conscious Energy.

Professional company. I would highly recommended Conscious energy for your renewable installations. Conscious energy took perfect care of my very specific expectations from day one. From design of my air source heat pump, to fitting my solar panels and battery storage they were outstanding. I can be a very difficult person to please and let me tell you, these guys blew me away! Absolutely fantastic company!

Very professional. After an initial assessment, which was done promptly, work was arranged quickly. There was a bit of miscommunication but sincere apologies and a quick resolution. From this point in all input from CONSCIOUS ENERGY was good. They responded in a timely fashion to any questions and left my house with the minimum of disruption.

Fitting of Air Source Heat Pump went well

Conscious Energy were contracted to replace my gas central heating with an air source heat pump.
They were very quick and efficient with the installation, they also took on board my concerns and were possible talored the system to suit, Scott Tetlow the project manager was very helpful as were the rest of the guys on the job who kept everything clean and tidy and worked late to get the water and heating back on. As with all major jobs there were a few teething dificultys but once reported these were soon rectified, I can without a doubt recommended this company.
