sofas came in cream not white as ordered .Its not a good place to shop

i ordered two three seater leather sofas in white at almost £4000.the sample i ordered from was white and on my invoice it says pure white.When it arrived it was cream.Barry the salesman was no help and pasted me onto Paul who said our lights would not be the same as theirs.The sofas are cream in daylight or with the lights on.I asked for someone to come and see them but they refused.Ialso asked to get speaking to Viv Connelly the owner but was refused that as well.Myself or my family will never shop in connellys again.The after service is awful.Once you have paid they dont want to know.
