My wife and I needed to replace a very ancient laptop, and Connect Computer Services not only answered our answerphone message extremely promptly but then visited us to see the problem. We were offered a number of options to move forward including a replacement, which we opted for. The company did it all for us - obtained the up to date laptop appropriate for our needs, installed it, downloaded all our 'history' and got us on our way; brilliant. I cannot praise Connect Computer Services too highly, nor can I speak too highly of Kate who carried out all the work - a charming, helpful, professional and knowledgeable individual whom I would readily recommend to anyone, and whom I would use again. I have complete trust that our new piece of kit is fit for purpose, is installed correctly and can see us well into the future. Trouble-free IT workings for the future, thankfully. Well done Kate.

She has an unfathomable depth of knowledge of computer systems, but (as important) the skill of explaining them to those who view computers simply as an essential tool of the business - all with an awareness of the inevitable need urgency, and at a very reasonable cost.

Kate is efficient and knowledgeable. She is available to visit at times convenient to the customer and is priced competitively. It is lovely to have a female offering this service.
